How long does it take to receive my picture once I place my order?

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your club or home location. Orders are shipped Fedex ground.

You will receive an email order confirmation when you place your order and an email shipment confirmation when your order is shipped.

We can ship an order 3 Day Express Saver, 2nd Day Air and Overnight. Please call 1.800.356.4539 for those shipping rates. Please keep in mind that UPS & FedEx do not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes.

Can you ship my picture overseas?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination of the package.
If your order is to be shipped to an international address, please call 1 800 356 4539 for additional shipping costs. You will be notified of the shipping rate before your order is processed.

Are there other framing options available besides those shown on the website?

We have selected the most traditional and versatile framing options for you to choose from on our site. However, if you would like to see additional mat colors and framing options, you can stop into your club’s pro shop and select from an additional assortment of mat colors and frames.

What process do you use to make the prints?

The print you will purchase is a “giclee print.” The giclee printing process rivals traditional printing processes and is commonly found in museums, art galleries and photographic galleries.

They are precise, highly defined reproductions. Our light-fast inks and archival paper have been tested and are guaranteed for 100 years in direct sunlight. These prints are printed one at a time. There is no deterioration in quality between print #1 and Print #100.
